Responsibilities
- Scan and pick products accurately using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Package items securely to ensure safe delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Verify order accuracy and complete necessary shipping paperwork.
- Ensure workstations and aisles remain clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak hours as needed.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory for this role.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
