Responsibilities
- Select and Pack Orders: Efficiently pick items from shelves and pack them securely for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure all inventory is organized and accessible.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company standards before packaging.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: A consistent work history and willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order correctness.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to get to work.
