- Collaborate with sales and production teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and shipping protocols
- Generate shipping reports and performance analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certified Customs Broker (preferred) or import/export knowledge
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage high-volume shipments under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid California driver's license (required)
