Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS systems
- Manage stock levels, track movement, and maintain real-time inventory data
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams to ensure accurate product handling
- Generate inventory reports for management and support cycle count audits
- Implement FIFO protocols and maintain organized warehouse storage systems
- Collaborate with procurement to optimize reorder points and minimize stockouts
- Train junior staff on inventory procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Forklift certification a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
