Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure high-quality fulfillment standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock organization.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damages and ensure they meet company standards before shipment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be available for overtime shifts.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy in data entry or scanning.
- Basic Math: Proficiency in basic arithmetic for weighing and counting products.
- Teamwork: Willingness to work collaboratively with a diverse team in a fast-paced setting.
- Availability: Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
