Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders to meet daily production targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing warehouse aisles.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and report equipment issues immediately.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets standards.
- General Labor: Perform physical tasks such as sweeping, sweeping, and organizing shipping areas.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible shifts (nights/weekends).
- Communication: Basic ability to read labels and communicate with team leads.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
