Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, including keeping aisles clear and debris-free.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments in a timely manner, verifying documentation and quantities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other staff members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Must have a strong work history and be punctual and dependable.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent eyesight and attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory and order fulfillment.
- Basic Skills: Ability to read and understand basic instructions, safety labels, and shipping documents.
- Background Check: Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and adapt to various shifts as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; experience is a plus but not mandatory.
