Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and audits
- Load/unload trucks safely and organize stock in designated zones
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in climate-controlled and refrigerated environments
