Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders to meet daily shipping targets.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (certification provided upon hiring).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Utilize handheld scanners and inventory management systems to track stock.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve workflow bottlenecks and ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent attendance record.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
