Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against invoices and purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Organize stock and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory status.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
