Responsibilities
- Perform pick, pack, and ship operations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld RF scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
