As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Reach Truck) in compliance with safety regulations.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and safe for all team members.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and report discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
