Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to packing slips and system instructions
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock rotation to maintain accuracy
- Scan and process items using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily/weekly production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (if operating company vehicles)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
