Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital manifests
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Organize and maintain clean, efficient work zones per 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper techniques
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Valid driver's license (forklift certification provided)
- Stamina for 8-hour shifts on concrete floors
- Attention to detail with zero-error mindset
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Team player with strong communication skills
