Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring peak productivity and safety compliance
- Implement OSHA standards and maintain accident-free workplace environments
- Optimize inventory control systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy rates
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with transportation teams
- Analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency
- Manage warehouse technology systems including WMS and RF scanning
- Develop cross-functional training programs for skill development
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation credentials
- Proven expertise in inventory control systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience managing 20+ person teams in union/non-union settings
