Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure high productivity and safety compliance.
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions to maintain OSHA standards.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and optimal stock placement.
- Implement and monitor warehouse procedures to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or operations management.
- Forklift certification and ability to operate warehouse machinery.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or related field is a plus.
