Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and scanners.
- Stack and organize pallets according to safety guidelines and company standards.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Certification: Must possess a valid, unexpired Forklift Operator Certification (CDL Class B is a plus but not required).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
