Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks, freight, and materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Organize stock in the warehouse efficiently to ensure quick order fulfillment.
- Order Processing: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklift, reach truck) safely and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming shipments for damages and verify against packing lists.
- General Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Skills: Basic math skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
