Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts, stock rotation, and cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
