Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, storage, and shipping with precision
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely delivery
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing goods
- Utilize warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- OSHA Forklift Certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and WMS familiarity
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
