Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our WMS technology
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Pack, label, and ship customer orders with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct regular quality checks on products and packaging
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with inventory systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
