Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory to verify quantities and condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by management.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
