Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems safely and according to OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Unload and verify incoming freight shipments for damage or errors.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
