Responsibilities
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Loading and unloading freight trucks while adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Conducting regular inventory counts and reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborating with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
