Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and adhering to OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, accuracy, and completeness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to minimize hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality assurance metrics.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn warehouse software (WMS) quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
