Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in busy warehouse settings
- Manage inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems with 99.5% accuracy
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure OSHA compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading of trucks
- Train junior operators on safety protocols and operational best practices
- Optimize stacking and storage techniques to maximize warehouse space
- Complete daily shift reports and inventory documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification and valid driver's license
- Expertise with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and hazardous materials handling
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied temperature conditions
- Proven track record of zero-accident safety records
- High school diploma or equivalent required
