Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to transport materials
- Inspect and verify incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
- Maintain precise inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Optimize storage layouts to maximize space efficiency and accessibility
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and report issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
