Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accuracy in the warehouse management system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers as required by the shift.
- Shipping & Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damages, verify quantities against packing slips, and load outbound trucks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean workspace (5S methodology).
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and processing paperwork.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, have a stable work history, and pass a background check.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as business needs dictate.
