Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack products for shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting
- Meet productivity targets while adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
- Process returns and damaged items
- Support seasonal peak operations as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
