Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas, trailers, and shipping docks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using scanning equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) and perform basic preventative maintenance checks.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in organizing warehouse stock and labeling shipments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Forklift certification (if required by role).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
