Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and system updates
- Optimize workflow efficiency in a temperature-controlled environment
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and ergonomic best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Willingness to pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
