Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory through accurate receiving, putaway, and order picking processes
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas following OSHA standards
- Inspect and pack products with precision to prevent damage during transit
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork mindset
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
