As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders while maintaining a safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain stock integrity.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload freight trucks in a timely manner.
- Report damaged goods or inventory discrepancies to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanning devices (RF guns).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
