Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Optimize warehouse organization through systematic stock rotation and space utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean and compliant work environment following OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends
