Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and cycle counts
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and ergonomic standards
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Support peak season operations with flexible scheduling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and barcode scanning experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
