Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and accurately process incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with zero-error precision
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks using proper equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass pre-employment background check
