Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation using handheld RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
