Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and efficiency using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against packing slips.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Stock inventory accurately and rotate stock to ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) policies are followed.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is highly desired.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
