Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and precision using a handheld scanner.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and solve operational challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with barcode scanners.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
