Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and verifying stock levels to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Trucking Operations: Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured and handled with care.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before they are shipped out.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred but not required for the right candidates.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- License: Valid forklift certification is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
