Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming products with precision and efficiency
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders while maintaining accuracy standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely and responsibly
- Conduct inventory audits and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized work area following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity
- Adhere to Amazon's strict safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
