Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders and strict safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, ensuring safe operation at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to verify condition and quantity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S standards and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and address operational challenges.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks efficiently during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles).
