Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Verify and maintain accurate inventory records and logs using handheld scanners.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Package and prepare items for shipment according to safety standards.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse layout to optimize workflow and storage.
- Maintain a 5S workplace environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but a plus).
