Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently using proper handling equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (we offer training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license (for internal driving tasks if applicable).
