Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners safely.
- Ensure the fulfillment center is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Verify inventory levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Load and unload shipments in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 49 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods (8+ hours).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
