Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently process customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Receive and stow inventory accurately to maintain stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and peers to meet daily productivity goals.
- Quality Control: Inspect packages for damage and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete surfaces and lift items weighing up to 49 pounds.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety standards.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
