Responsibilities
- Move, scan, and place inventory in designated storage locations using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and power jacks (training provided).
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment by picking and packing items efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and performance goals.
- Perform quality control checks on packages before they are shipped.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move items weighing up to 49 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments (e.g., climate-controlled, outdoors).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
