Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) safely and accurately
- Perform quality checks on products before shipment
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Process inbound inventory and stock shelves in a timely manner
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license (if operating PIT equipment)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
