Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts).
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipment.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks, refrigerated areas).
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexibility to work full-time, including night and weekend shifts.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
