What You'll Do:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our fulfillment network. Your day will involve a variety of tasks to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move products.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock inventory to maintain accurate inventory levels within the fulfillment center.
- Packaging & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and prepare customer orders for delivery, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed daily productivity and accuracy goals to support team targets.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure seamless workflow operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in various temperature-controlled environments.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer systems.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when processing orders and handling inventory.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid ID: Must have a valid ID and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
